OUR SERVICES & FEES

• As the first step we give you our research to get your precise yearly pension amount.
  Please fill and send this contact form.
  No Research Fee needed (except for mailing cost).

• If you need our help to claim your old age pension, please mail all the documents to us according to our guidance. As soon as we receive your mail we claim your pension to the Japanese authority.

• Please pay our fee with PAYPAL according to our guidance. PAYPAL will set its own fee besides ours.

FROM CLAIM TO RECEIVE

• You can claim your old age pension after your birthday of 65 years old comes.
  (Male persons born before April 1961 or female persons born before April 1966 can receive part of old age pension from a certain point between 60 and 64 years old)
• After your claim is accepted the old age pension is remitted into the bank account you designate in the claimform.
• Please file "Genkyo todoke（現況届）" to Japan Pension Service once in a year, that is needed to be filed within the month in that your birthday is included. You also attach a document that verifies you are alive. If you forget filing them to Japan your pension payments will get stopped until you do it. (You need to send them with postal mailing service. Email won’t be accepted)
• If you change your bank account or move to another resident address, you also need to file an application form for it to Japan Pension Service.

A-1　Contact

• We will send you claiming documents & agreement via email. Please read them carefully.

A-2　Sending claiming documents

• Please put your signatures on documents & agreement, and mail them to us. Our address is shown on the bottom of this page.

A-3　Research of your pension status & pension amount

• We get a research of whether you are qualified to claim old age pension and, if you are, the yearly amount of it. The outcome is reported to you via email. （Note: If you don't remember your "Basic Pension Number" or its preceding equivalent, our research will take time.）

A-4　Paying our fee

• Please remit our fee withPAYPAL. PAYPAL can be available with your credit cards（including China Union Pay）

A-5　Sending verification documents, claiming

• Please send us verification documents according to our guidance.
• As soon as all documents are prepared, we claim your old age pension.

A-6　Remittance of your old age pension

• Pension will be remitted into your designated bank account once in 2 months.
• It can take several months since the first remittance is done after claiming.

A-7　Filing Genkyo Todoke（Free support for 1 year）

• In the first year we give you our free supporting service to file "Genkyo todoke (現況届)". Before your birthday comes we give you our reconfirmation message, and file “Genkyo todoke” as well as a verification document on behalf of you.

B-1 Filing Genkyo Todoke

• You need to file "Genkyo todoke" to Japan Pension Service once in a year, that is needed to file within the month in that your birthday is included. You also attach a document that verifies you are alive. Add to that, if you change your bank account you need to file an application form for it to Japan Pension Service too.
• Documents needed to verify you are alive can be different from county to county.
• In the second year and after we give your our supporting service for customers who need to continue it.

B-2 Resident move & Bank account change

• If you change your bank account or move to another resident address, you also need to file an application form for it to Japan Pension Service.
